Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Paro & Drive to Thimphu

Welcome to Bhutan! After immigration and baggage collection, you'll be greeted with a traditional Tashi Khaddar and driven to Thimphu via scenic Paro Valley. En route, glimpse Tamchog Lhakhang and its iconic iron bridge. In Thimphu, visit the National Memorial Chorten, a spiritual hub for locals. Enjoy the city’s unique blend of tradition and modernity. Overnight in Thimphu.
Day 2 Thimphu – A Day Immersed in Culture, Nature & Tradition

Begin your day with a peaceful hike from Buddha Dordenma to Changangkha Lhakhang, passing pine forests and vibrant prayer flags. Explore this ancient 12th-century temple before heading to Choki Traditional Art School for hands-on art, live demos, and a visit to a heritage building. Savor a traditional lunch at Heritage Home in a 600-year-old house. In the afternoon, visit the National Institute for Zorig Chusum, Folk Heritage Museum, and browse authentic crafts at the local Craft Bazaar.
Day 3 Thimphu – Celebration of Culture and Spirituality

After breakfast, immerse yourself in the vibrant Thimphu Tsechu Festival at Tashichho Dzong, where sacred mask dances, traditional music, and spiritual rituals unfold in colorful celebration. In the afternoon, visit the serene National Memorial Chorten and explore Tashichho Dzong, Bhutan’s historic fortress-monastery and seat of governance. If time allows, stroll through Ka Ja Throm Market to sample local street food and experience everyday Bhutanese life in a lively, authentic setting.
Day 4 Paro – Culture, Legend & Bhutanese Traditions

Explore the serene Paro Valley, where natural beauty meets ancient heritage, framed by Mount Chomolhari and nourished by the Pa Chhu River. Visit Ta Dzong, the National Museum, and Rinpung Dzong with its stunning murals and spiritual ambiance. Experience authentic rural life at a traditional farmhouse, enjoy home-cooked cuisine, and observe local customs. Conclude with a hands-on archery session, trying Bhutan’s beloved national sport using traditional bamboo bows in a setting rich with culture and charm.
Day 5 Paro – Sacred Hike, Living Heritage & Bhutanese Hospitality

Begin your day with a scenic hike to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), perched dramatically on a cliff 800 meters above Paro Valley. Steeped in legend and spirituality, it's one of Bhutan’s most iconic pilgrimage sites. After the descent, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, a sacred 7th-century temple symbolizing Bhutan’s Buddhist roots. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Bhutanese dinner at a local farmhouse, where warm hospitality, home-cooked cuisine, and rural charm provide an authentic cultural experience.
Day 6 Departure
